Gåsvarv
Gåsvarv is situated three kilometers south of Älvdalen. Meeting-point
for locals as well as visitors is the small and charming country store. On
the other side of the river the mountain Väsagnupen
rises and this is also where the ski- and activity center Wäsabergen is
located. You can also buy local delicatessen here, and the delicious
Älvdals-salmon. A moto-cross stadium
is located in the south of the village
